The course aims to provide a deeper understanding of key elements in linear algebra, function analysis, numerical methods and statistics. After completing the course, the student should be able to: account for the center mathematical and statistical concepts of engineering science; use both analytical and numerical methods for modeling and solving practical problems and apply them to data processing and validation.
